Nizar's journey is the story of CMAS Worldwide itself. Over three decades, he has built businesses, trained thousands of professionals, and operated across India, Australia, and the Middle East. He understands what it takes to succeed internationally because he has done it himself, from establishing his first training centre in Kerala in 2001 to becoming an Australian citizen and expanding operations across multiple countries.
That lived experience is what makes CMAS Worldwide different. When a client walks in with a dream of moving to Australia, Nizar doesn't just see a file. He sees the journey, because he has walked it. His deep understanding of industries, occupations, and what it truly means to build a career abroad means every client gets guidance that is grounded in reality, not theory. He built CMAS Worldwide to be the consultancy he wished existed when he made his own move.

Anwar spent 19 years working at the highest levels of corporate Australia, the United Kingdom, and Japan, delivering complex, high-stakes projects for some of the world's most demanding organisations. From London's financial district to Japan's technology corridors to Australia's largest infrastructure programmes, his career was built on one principle: get it right, every single time. No shortcuts, no assumptions, no gaps.
That mindset is now fully dedicated to migration law. A MARA-registered agent currently pursuing a Juris Doctor, Anwar brings a rare combination of legal knowledge, international corporate experience, and methodical discipline to every client's case. When your future depends on one application being perfect, you want someone who has spent two decades making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
